Services

Every engagement is scoped, priced, and confirmed in writing before work begins, and each produces a maintained program page. Your broker stays in place; we work alongside them on your behalf.

Coverage diagnostic

Fixed fee. Three to four weeks.

Every policy in force, including forms, endorsements, limits, and retentions, reviewed against current operations, revenue, and contractual obligations. You receive a program page with a coverage schematic, premium and total cost of risk, retained exposure, and prioritized recommendations.

The fee is credited in full against a renewal or retained engagement.

Renewal management

Fixed fee per renewal.

Dedicated to your renewal from start to finish. We work alongside your broker from about three months before expiry, early enough to shape the submission and marketing strategy.

We update exposures and contract requirements, prepare the underwriting submission, and manage the timeline. Quotes are compared on coverage terms as well as price, using our proprietary review technology. After binding, we check the issued policy against the terms quoted, a step that is routinely skipped.

Retained advisory

Monthly. Three-month minimum.

Outsourced risk management on an ongoing basis: program strategy and structure, renewals managed to a calendar, contract review before signature, broker and certificate oversight, and claims advocacy from first notice through resolution. Fees are set by program complexity, not hours.

Program monitoring

Monthly subscription.

A lighter ongoing option. Your program page and renewal calendar are kept current, with a set number of contract reviews each year and access when questions come up. It converts to retained advisory at any renewal.

Project work

Scoped individually.

Contract review

Insurance requirements in customer, vendor, and lease agreements reviewed against your program, with gaps and practical responses identified.

Transaction support

Buy-side and sell-side insurance due diligence, and post-close program integration.

Claims advocacy

Notice strategy, claim presentation, and escalation with the insurer on a specific matter.

Other projects

Program benchmarking, board and investor reporting on insurance, and other defined risk questions, scoped to the need.

Placement

Specialty lines placed through wholesale markets under a broker of record appointment, compensated by commission. Offered instead of an advisory engagement, never alongside one.

How we’re paid

Fixed fees for diagnostics, renewal management, and projects. Monthly fees for retained advisory and program monitoring, set by program complexity rather than hours.

We take no contingent or volume-based compensation from insurers, and no commission on any account we advise. All terms are disclosed in writing before work begins.
